As Controller, Jenny Rouse oversees the finances of Immigrant Connection, managing accounting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure transparency and compliance. She is passionate about building strong, supportive systems that allow teams to focus on serving people and communities with excellence and care.

Jenny has more than 15 years of experience in finance, human resources, and operations, and she is a licensed CPA. She earned her Master’s Degree in Accounting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Jenny and her husband, Ben, live in Fishers, Indiana, with their two teenage sons, Isaac and Jacob, and enjoy volunteering together in their community.
