
Annie Anderson
Technical Legal Assistance Attorney
Annie serves as a Technical Legal Assistance Attorney for Immigrant Connection, where she provides legal guidance and training to DOJ Legal Representatives across the Immigrant Connection Legal Network.
Annie is also a staff attorney with Exodus Refugee Immigration, Inc., where she represents clients on various immigration matters before USCIS and EOIR. She has practiced immigration law for over 9 years, primarily representing survivors of domestic violence, trafficking, and other violent crimes in their pursuit of humanitarian immigration relief (primarily U Visa, T Visa, Asylum, VAWA, SIJS) and other civil legal remedies. Annie has also spent nearly 4 years as a trial attorney in Indiana criminal courts as well, where she currently represents immigrant clients with cases pending in the criminal justice system.
Annie received her JD from IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law and her Bachelors of Arts from Indiana University Bloomington. She lives in Indianapolis with her husband, Ross, and their three children, Wade, Elliott, and Ruby.
