Sera is the Director of Communications & Strategic Alignment for the National Team. She oversees communications and strategy and ensures that organizational values are reflected in operational and programming goals.

Sera was previously the Director of Aftercare for Sari Bari in Calcutta, India. She has experience in teaching ESL in Seoul, Korea as well as in leading outreach and ministry programs in NYC.

Sera's background is in social work, and she graduated from Monmouth University with a Master's in Social Work. She lives in Indiana with her husband Kyle Scott.
