As the Director of Operations and Administrations, Autumn manages support systems so that the organization is able efficiently and effectively serve immigrant families.

Autumn has experience working in the church and nonprofit sector. For 12 years, she worked with HUD’s Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and their network of social services for at-risk individuals and families.

Autumn received her Bachelor of Arts from Taylor University. She is married to Andrew Gale, and they have two children Eleanor and Elias.
