Kristin Statham
Director of Site Sustainability
Kristin is the Director of Site Sustainability for the National Team. She works to support sites in the critical years following launch, with a focus towards helping sites establish sustainability, continuously raise the bar, and serve immigrants extremely well from first contact through case approval.
"I love Immigrant Connection's focus on constantly investing in the network and mentoring new sites so our sites can hit the ground running as soon as they receive DOJ recognition. We look at sustainability not just in terms of case volume, but also from the perspective of ensuring our immigrant clients have a great experience filing their immigration case through one of our sites. Our clients say it 'feels different' to work with an IC site. We believe our immigrant-centric focus and service mindset sets us apart and enables sustainability of our sites over the long term."
Kristin has over 16 years of experience working for the federal government domestically and overseas, including over six years serving our country in foreign postings in the Middle East and South Asia. Previous to this, Kristin worked in the corporate immigration law practice of Paul Hastings LLP in Atlanta, Georgia, and in the refugee resettlement and legal services office of World Relief in Nashville, Tennessee.
Kristin has a Master's degree in Strategic Security Studies and lives with her son in Annapolis, MD.
