As Shadowing Specialist, Joanna oversees Immigrant Connection's in-person shadowing program and trains potential legal representatives in program management. Joanna has been a Department of Justice accredited legal representative since 2021.

Joanna is a DACA recipient herself, and she has been serving immigrants at the Immigrant Connection Local Site in Logansport, IN since 2019. She earned her associate's degree from Ivy Tech. Joanna is married to Francisco and has one son, Felix.
