Hosting Citizenship Classes is a way to support Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card Holders) in their final step towards preparing for citizenship. Lawful Permanent Residents often have little to no access to quality citizenship classes. Materials that can be accessed online or through print materials are challenging to navigate.
 
Citizenship Classes provide a safe and supportive learning community in which students are able to acquire the confidence and skills needed to succeed in the naturalization process and interview. A Welcome Partner that hosts a Citizenship Class has the opportunity to connect authentically with immigrants while partnering with them in meaningfully ways.
